Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This policy explains what information Tracework ("we," "us") collects through this website (the "Site") and how we use it. It covers the Site only. Any data a company later licenses or sells through Tracework is governed by a separate written agreement with that company, not by this policy.
The Site does not collect your company's data
We never ask for files, exports, logins or records through the Site. Please don't send them through the Site or by email before an agreement is in place. If you do, we will delete them.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a call or email us, we collect:
- your name, company name and work email address
- your company's size range
- the business systems you use, if you choose to tell us
- anything else you include in a message to us
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. We also use Google Analytics to measure how visitors use the Site, as described below.
Cookies and analytics. The Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. When you visit, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (named "_ga" and "_ga_" followed by an ID) and collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, how you reached the Site, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We use this information in aggregate to understand and improve the Site. Google processes it under its own privacy policy; you can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The Site does not use advertising cookies or ad pixels, and we do not use analytics data for advertising.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold the call you requested and follow up with you about it
- To answer your questions and keep a record of our conversations
- To send occasional business emails about our services, which you can opt out of at any time
- To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse and understand how it is used
- To comply with law and protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who we share it with
We share your information only:
- With service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting (Cloudflare), web fonts (Google Fonts), website analytics (Google Analytics), and the email, calendar and customer-records tools we use to respond to you. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- With your permission, for example if you ask us to introduce you to a buyer or partner.
- For legal reasons, if required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Tracework or others.
- In a business transfer, to a successor if Tracework is merged, acquired or sells its assets, subject to this policy.
We do not share your contact information with AI companies or data buyers unless you have agreed to it.
Email from us
If you contact us or we meet through business, we may send you emails about our services. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor opt-outs within ten business days. You will still receive messages about a call or agreement you are actively part of.
Your choices
You may ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing privacy@traceworkai.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity. We may keep limited records where the law requires it or to honor an opt-out.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and conversation records for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the Site or by email.
Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Visitors outside the United States
Tracework is based in Florida and the Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
